A ticket is assembled from **{blocks} topic blocks** — one drawn at random from each group — and each block holds **{per} questions**. Questions may not be moved between blocks. A ticket has **{n} questions**. Each offers between {min} and {max} answers, exactly one of them correct. You get **{n} minutes** for the ticket, and you may answer in any order. A mistake is a wrong answer **or no answer at all**: a skipped question counts the same as a wrong one. When you are marked as failed **{n} mistakes** across the ticket. **{n} mistakes inside one topic block** — even if that is only two mistakes in total. What one mistake gets you, and what two do One mistake — you get **{q} more questions** and **{m} minutes**. The extra block is drawn from the same group where the mistake was made. The figures come from the ministry's Administrative Regulation (order No. 80 of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs of 20 February 2021, clauses 130 to 139). This is not a retelling from someone else's website: the text of the order was read, and the transcript is kept in the project's repository.
