For a work patent, temporary residence, a residence permit and citizenship you need a notarised translation of your passport and other documents. Without it the application will not be accepted.
This is the only paid thing on the site that is done by hand, and it is done by people, not by a program. Preparation for the exam remains entirely free.

Which documents need translating?
Most often the passport. Beyond that it depends on your purpose: birth certificate, marriage certificate, diploma, certificate of no criminal record. The exact list is required by the authority you are applying to, not by us.
What does "notarised translation" mean?
The translator produces the translation and signs it; the notary certifies the authenticity of that signature. This is why a translation "just taken off a website" will not do: what is certified is the work of a specific translator.
Can I order from another city?
Yes. You send a scan or a photograph of the document and receive the finished translation by delivery. There is no need to travel anywhere.
Do you answer for the documents being accepted?
No, and no one is entitled to promise that: the decision is the authority's. We answer for the translation and the notarisation — for our own work, not for someone else's decision.
Do you help people pass the exam?
We help people prepare for it — free of charge. The exam is administered by state institutions on the Government's list, and we issue no documents.
